Do we own the files?+

Yes. The work lives in a Figma workspace you own, and it stays yours if you leave. No hostage files.

Do you build what you design, or just design it?+

These plans cover design and handoff. Building it is a separate engagement — Custom Development for applications, or our WordPress and Shopify plans if it ships on one of those.

What if we have no design system?+

Most clients don't. Building one is the first few weeks of work: components, tokens, and a style guide, so the fifth page costs a fraction of the first.

Will you work with our existing brand?+

Yes. Brand guidelines, fonts, and palette in, a system that applies them consistently out. We are not here to rebrand you unless you ask.

Can you work with our in-house designers?+

Yes. On the higher tiers we most often operate as an extension of an existing team, sharing the same workspace, components, and review cadence.
