Am I locked into a contract?+
No. Digital Health Check® is month to month and you can cancel at any time. Fixes on your BrightList™ are bought separately, when you want them, so nothing commits you to work you have not chosen.
Do I still get a one-time scan?+
Yes. One-time scans stay available and always will be. Digital Health Check® is the continuous version: you can rescan your licensed site as often as every 20 hours instead of every 4 days, and every reading lands on one timeline you can look back through.
Does this include the fixes?+
It includes the list and the prices, not the labor. Fixes are bought per-item from your BrightList or covered by a plan you add.
Can I keep my current host?+
Hosting is included and a real part of the value, so most clients move. If staying put matters to you, talk to us and we’ll work out what makes sense.
What if my score drops?+
You’ll see it. Every scan lands on one timeline, so a drop shows as a step down with the pillar that moved beside it — and your BrightList™ refreshes against that same scan, so what to do about it is already priced and prioritized.
What happened to HealthCheck Plus?+
It’s retired. Digital Health Check® includes everything it did and more: continuous scoring, a living fix list, and managed hosting. Existing HealthCheck Plus subscribers keep their plan until we contact them about upgrading.
